Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare sales documents (master plan, price list, payment schedule, bank information, catalog, booking form, various request forms) • Explain features and benefits of each house type to guests • Achieve monthly sales targets • Arrange appointments with customers at the sales office or outside if necessary • Persuade customers to drive sales and solve various issues • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports • Prepare daily schedules to call target customers • Report on competitors • Maintain good relationships and provide excellent service to customers • Organize sales materials and sales area neatly Key Challenges Develop oneself to make sales skills more effective Must have clear knowledge about project information and each house type Must calculate payments and consult on payments with customers Must pay close attention to customer service and maintain good relationships with customers Must be able to create solutions for customers while following company policies
