DoDoJob Privacy Policy
DoDoJob Privacy Policy
Last updated and effective: August 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the DoDoJob mobile applications, website, Telegram Mini App, and related services operated by HULUAI CO., LTD., a company registered in Cambodia ("DoDoJob," "we," "us," or "our"). It explains how we handle personal data relating to job seekers, employers, recruiters, and visitors.
Our address is #Morgan Tower, 23F-10/11, Street Sopheak Mongkol Rd, Village 14, Tonlebassac Commune, Chamkarmon District, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use features that require the relevant personal data. Some basic features are available to guests. Where a feature requires an account, permission, or personal data, we will provide relevant information at an appropriate point.
1. Data We Collect
We seek to collect data that is necessary, relevant, and transparent. The actual data depends on the features you use.
1.1 Account and authentication data
When you register, sign in, bind, or merge an account, we may process your phone number, verification result, name, username, profile photo, email address, Telegram username, and identifiers or profile data made available with your authorization by Apple, Google, Facebook, or Telegram. Third-party credentials are used to authenticate and maintain your session. We do not read your third-party friend lists or phone contacts, and we do not retain third-party access tokens long-term on our servers.
1.2 Job-seeker profiles and resumes
When you create a profile, job card, or resume, we may collect information that you enter or upload, including your name, profile photo, gender, date of birth, calculated age, contact details, education, languages, skills, certificates, employment history, preferred cities and roles, work type, expected salary, availability, self-description, resume files, photographs, and video introductions containing your voice and image.
We do not require government identification numbers, passport numbers, banking credentials, verification codes, or sensitive information unrelated to recruitment. If a particular recruitment campaign asks only whether you hold a passport, that eligibility answer does not mean that we collect the passport number or image.
1.3 Employer and job-posting data
When employers use posting or management features, we may process recruiter contact details, company name, logo, description, address, email, phone number, Telegram contact, job title, duties, requirements, salary, benefits, work location, and recruitment status. Public company and job content is displayed to job seekers and visitors.
1.4 Activity and communications
We may process job searches, views, bookmarks, applications, contacts and feedback; resume visibility and submission records; chat messages, voice messages and attachments; reports, blocks, appeals and support requests; and notification delivery and interaction status. When a guest taps a telephone or Telegram contact link, we may record the entry-point interaction and necessary security logs, but we do not access call contents, call history, or subsequent Telegram conversations.
1.5 Location, camera, microphone, and selected media
When you choose features such as nearby jobs, automatic city selection, map-based address selection, profile photos, attachments, or video introductions, we may request approximate or precise location, camera, microphone, photo, video, or file access. We request access in connection with the selected feature and, where supported, use the system media picker to process only the media you select. Declining an optional permission does not prevent use of unrelated features. You may select a city or address manually.
1.6 Device, log, analytics, and attribution data
We may automatically process device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address, network state, app-instance or device identifiers, push token, authentication and security logs, page and button interactions, performance, diagnostics, crashes, advertising attribution, and anti-fraud information. Where required by law or platform rules, we obtain the relevant consent first. On iOS, users can decide whether to allow tracking through the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
1.7 Orders and paid-benefit data
When an employer purchases job posting, resume viewing, job boosting, or a recruitment package, we process the order identifier, product or package, price, included tax, currency, purchase channel, purchase and expiration times, payment and refund status, receipt-verification result, benefit quantities, use, and restoration records. Apple or Google processes payment; we generally do not receive complete card numbers or payment-account credentials.
2. How We Use Data
We use data to:
- create, authenticate, secure, bind, and manage accounts;
- provide job browsing, search, recommendation, application, resume, and recruitment-management features;
- match jobs using preferences, location, experience, and other relevant information actively provided by users; age is not an employer-configurable filter and is used only to display a calculated age, confirm that a user is at least 18, or meet a legal eligibility requirement;
- show relevant profile and contact information to an employer after the job seeker applies, initiates contact, or makes the profile visible;
- provide in-app messaging, telephone or Telegram contact links, push notifications, and service messages;
- provide maps, nearby jobs, selected-media processing, video introductions, and customer support;
- review jobs and user content, investigate reports, and prevent fraud, harassment, fake recruitment, abuse, and security incidents;
- perform analytics, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, advertising attribution, and service improvement;
- validate orders, deliver and manage paid benefits, reconcile transactions, process refunds or reversals, and prevent payment fraud;
- comply with law, respond to lawful government requests, and handle disputes; and
- carry out other purposes after providing any required notice and obtaining any required consent.
3. AI Features
When you choose to use the AI job assistant, AI job-recognition, resume-parsing, or recruitment-content assistance features, the text you submit, content extracted from selected files, relevant job or recruitment context, language, account or session identifiers, and generated results may be processed by our servers and Google AI services to understand your request and generate a response.
Do not submit unnecessary passwords, verification codes, government identification numbers, financial data, or other highly sensitive information. AI outputs may be inaccurate and do not constitute an employment decision, legal advice, or professional advice. Job posters and users must review outputs before relying on or publishing them. We do not use AI output alone to make hiring decisions on behalf of employers.
4. Disclosure, Sharing, and Processing Providers
We do not sell personal data.
4.1 Sharing between users
Public company and job content may be viewed by visitors and job seekers. When a job seeker applies, contacts an employer, or makes a resume visible, the relevant employer may view profile and contact data needed for recruitment communications. Chat participants can view content sent in the conversation. Do not publish information you are not authorized to disclose.
4.2 Service providers
Depending on the feature, we may provide necessary data to service providers such as:
- Google services, including Firebase, Maps, sign-in, and AI;
- Meta/Facebook sign-in;
- Apple sign-in and push-notification services;
- Telegram sign-in or external-link services;
- Tencent Cloud instant messaging;
- Singular and TikTok Business analytics or advertising-attribution services; and
- cloud hosting, storage, content delivery, security, SMS, customer support, diagnostics, and technical-support providers.
These providers may process data under their applicable terms. Where applicable, we use contracts, configuration, and access controls to limit processing to agreed purposes. A provider's independent processing is also governed by its privacy policy.
4.3 Law, safety, and corporate events
We may disclose data to meet legal obligations, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or abuse, and establish or defend legal claims. If a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer occurs, data may transfer with the relevant business subject to this Policy and applicable law. We will provide additional notice and seek consent for other disclosures where required.
5. Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies
Our website, apps, and Mini App may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, diagnostics, and campaign measurement. Available choices may be managed through your browser, device, system permissions, ATT prompt, or in-app settings. Disabling necessary technologies may cause the related feature to stop working.
6. International Processing
DoDoJob primarily serves users in Cambodia. Because some providers operate internationally, personal data may be processed outside Cambodia. We use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards required by applicable law and require recipients to process data only for authorized purposes and necessary periods.
7. Security
We use reasonable access controls, encryption in transit, permission management, logging, monitoring, backups, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Protect your device, verification codes, and account information, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
8. Retention
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, operate accounts, complete recruitment communications, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Periods vary by data type, user choice, and applicable requirements. While an account is active, account data, resumes, jobs, messages, and related records are generally retained. Security, report, appeal, and operational logs may remain for the time needed to manage risk and legal claims.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Data temporarily retained in backups or for disaster recovery, anti-fraud, security, disputes, or legal obligations is segregated or restricted from ordinary business use and deleted or anonymized when the applicable period expires.
9. Account Deletion
You may request deletion in the app through Me β Settings β Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email info@dodojob.com using your registered contact details or another method that can establish account ownership. We may verify identity to prevent fraudulent deletion.
After verification, we aim to complete deletion or anonymization within 15 business days. Deletion affects your account profile, resume, job preferences, saved jobs, and ability to access application or communication records. To preserve the integrity of another participant's conversation, handle reports, or comply with law, necessary records of sent messages may continue to appear under a deleted or de-identified user. Legally required records, security logs, dispute records, and backups may not be deleted immediately, but will not be used for unrelated ordinary business purposes.
Account deletion is generally irreversible. Save any information you need before submitting the request.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a portable copy of personal data. You can also manage profile and resume visibility, message and marketing notifications, connected accounts, device permissions, and certain consent settings.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To protect accounts and other users, we may verify identity and may explain any legally permitted refusal or delay. Send requests to info@dodojob.com.
11. Adults Only
DoDoJob is only for users aged 18 or older. The age condition is stated in our Terms, and the system may use the date of birth provided by a user to prevent a known minor from registering or continuing to use the service. We do not verify age by collecting identity documents. If we learn that a person under 18 provided personal data, we may restrict or terminate the account and take reasonable steps to delete the data.
12. Third-Party Links
The service may contain links to employer sites, Telegram, maps, or other third parties. Once you leave DoDoJob, the third party's handling of data is governed by its own policies. Review those terms before submitting information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, law, or regulation and will display the new effective date. Where a change materially affects your rights or our use of data, we will provide additional notice through the app, website, message, or another appropriate channel as required.
