Technical manager of Swiftlet house

Description

- Develop and monitor work plans and action plans for the Technical Department. - Supervise and oversee the technical maintenance of swiftlet houses across designated target provinces to ensure smooth and efficient operations. - Regularly monitor and collect information on the technical systems and structural conditions of each swiftlet house. - Actively support, provide technical advice, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with technical staff in all target regions. - Work proactively with the technical team under supervision to ensure all swiftlet houses operate efficiently and achieve positive production results. - Collaborate closely with Regional Technical Managers and other relevant stakeholders to implement and maintain safety measures for all swiftlet houses. - Demonstrate initiative in developing tools and systems to improve the overall management and operational efficiency of swiftlet houses in the target regions. - Review and approve technical department expense requests. - Organize and conduct training for subordinate staff. - Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports. - Assist in coordinating and organizing various technical training programs. - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
