Experience in childcare; knowledge of care techniques and essential practices; kind, friendly, approachable, and passionate about the work; good communication skills in Khmer and basic English; honest, responsible, and punctual; able to work flexible hours (including weekends and public holidays); a childcare certificate is an added advantage.
