Warehouse Manager

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff and ensure team performance. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records. Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety standards are maintained. Improve warehouse processes and implement best practices. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management. Experience leading and supervising a warehouse team. Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
