Finance Director

Develop and implement financial strategies that support business goals.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to guide decisions.

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial operations and reporting.

Manage cash flow, financial risk, and internal controls to safeguard assets.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to achieve high performance.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. Master's degree is a plus 5 years+ of progressive experience in finance in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management. Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
