Sales Supervisor

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, with team leadership experience preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Identify new customers and business opportunities.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
