Deliver assigned sales, revenue, and business performance targets for trade finance and transaction banking products. Grow the client portfolio through proactive relationship management with existing and new corporate/commercial customers Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries regarding trade finance and cash management solutions Assist and advise clients on preparing trade finance documentation and RHB Reflex application forms. Work closely as a product specialist/partner with branch managers and sales teams to structure trade finance facilities for clients Assist the Unit Head/Department Head in formulating marketing strategies, collaborating with operations, risk, and credit teams to ensure smooth service delivery
岗位要求
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in corporate banking, transaction banking, trade finance, cash management, or deposit sales
Strong business development, client acquisition, and networking skills.
Good negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in English and Khmer (written and spoken).
Proven track record in portfolio growth and managing corporate/commercial relationships
