Sales Associate

Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and purchasing decisions.

Introduce and demonstrate GooShop products, including E-readers, tablets, gadgets, and educational products.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Follow up with customers and support repeat sales.

Arrange product displays and maintain cleanliness and organization at the sales location.

Monitor product stock and coordinate with the relevant team for replenishment.

Handle sales transactions and prepare daily sales reports.

Support promotional activities and other sales-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

High school diploma or above; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Friendly, confident, proactive, and service-minded.

Willing to learn about E-readers, tablets, gadgets, and educational products.

Able to work under sales targets and as part of a team.
