DoDoJob Commercial Benefits Description

This Description forms part of the DoDoJob Terms of Service. If it differs from a specific purchase page, the price, quantity, term, and scope shown before payment and in the relevant app-store checkout govern that order, except where law requires otherwise.
1. Product format
DoDoJob offers employers one-time digital purchases valid for a fixed period:
- Individual benefits: Job Posting, CV Contact, and Urgent Recruitment;
- Recruitment packages: Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages combining individual benefits and value-added services.
These products are not auto-renewing subscriptions by default. Packages are generally valid for 30 days. The duration, quantities, Urgent Recruitment duration, and scope may change and are governed by the purchase page shown before payment.
2. Benefits

| CV Contact | Use the CV Contact benefit to view eligible job-seeker resumes and make recruitment contact within the validity period and remaining balance. Bulk scraping, resale, and non-recruitment use are prohibited. |
| Urgent Recruitment | Use 1 Urgent Recruitment benefit to give your job 3Γ the traffic and increase its exposure. It does not guarantee a fixed ranking, clicks, applications, or hiring results. |
| Member Badge | Displays membership status during the package period. |
| Exclusive Verified Badge | Adds a dedicated verification badge to posted jobs to build trust. It is not a guarantee by DoDoJob of the company, job, or hiring outcome. |
| 24/7 Support | Provides dedicated round-the-clock request channels and priority support. Complex matters may require reasonable processing time. |
| JD Optimization | AI and human experts assist in improving the job description. The employer must review and remains responsible for the final published content. |
| Media Exposure | Provides opportunities for promotion through official DoDoJob Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, and similar channels. Platform, creative, timing, placement, and schedule depend on execution arrangements. Traffic and hiring results are not guaranteed. |
3. Packages
Silver, Gold, and Platinum may contain similar benefit types but differ in quantity, period, service level, or media arrangements. The purchase page controls. Before paying, users should review the package, tax-inclusive total price and currency, validity, quantities, Urgent Recruitment duration, JD and media scope, conditions, and refund notice.
4. Payment and delivery
- iOS uses Apple In-App Purchase;
- Android distributed through Google Play uses Google Play Billing;
- DoDoJob currently offers no other in-app payment channel.
Benefits are delivered after store confirmation and DoDoJob order validation. If payment succeeds but benefits do not appear, use Restore Purchases or refresh the order first, then contact info@dodojob.com, 098327362, or Telegram @dodojobkefu. Do not pay twice for the same unresolved order.
5. Validity, use, and stacking
- The purchase page and Benefits Center show the controlling period; packages are generally valid for 30 days.
- Quantities and Urgent Recruitment duration are governed by the purchase page.
- Repeat and stackable purchases are allowed; each order records its own benefits and term.
- Consumption order and whether periods run concurrently or extend are shown on the purchase page and in the Benefits Center.
- Unused expired benefits generally do not extend automatically, convert to cash, or transfer to another account.
- Benefits may not be sold, rented, transferred, cashed out, or used unlawfully.
6. Review failure and restoration
If a job fails ordinary publication review, the posting benefit used for that submission and an Urgent Recruitment benefit that has not started are restored to the original account. Duplicate deductions caused by system error will be corrected after verification.
If a job has already received service and is voluntarily deleted, recruitment ends, or the job is removed for unlawful, false, discriminatory, fraudulent, or platform-violating conduct, used benefits generally are not restored. Restoration returns in-app usage rights and is not a cash refund.
7. Refunds
Apple handles App Store orders under its refund rules, and Google handles Google Play orders under its refund rules. DoDoJob support may verify orders and provide instructions but cannot bypass the original store with an off-platform refund.
For unused benefits affected by account deletion, suspension, or the end of recruitment, users may contact support. Results depend on usage, enforcement reasons, the store's decision, and applicable law; a full or partial refund is not guaranteed.
8. Prices and changes
Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless the payment platform clearly states otherwise. DoDoJob may change future prices, quantities, periods, bundles, and services but will not retroactively reduce clearly granted benefits in completed orders without a valid reason.
