Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

At least 1 year of experience in banking, finance, cashiering, or customer service is an advantage.

Handle daily cash deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately.

Verify customer information and transaction documents.

Count and balance cash at the beginning and end of each working day.

Provide professional and friendly customer service.

Explain banking products, services, and transaction procedures to customers.

Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and security regulations.

Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare daily reports.
