Business Planning & PMO Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.

At least 5–7 years of experience in business planning, project management, strategy, or PMO functions.

Strong knowledge of business planning, strategic management, and project governance.

Develop and manage business plans, strategic initiatives, and organizational objectives.

Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and establish project management standards and procedures.

Coordinate with department heads to develop business strategies and operational plans.

Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identify project risks, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Prepare business performance reports, management presentations, and strategic analysis.
