Description
To support the recruiters in identifying, engaging, and hiring talented individuals through hands-on experience in recruitment processes, from vacancy announcement, headhunting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviewing, to conducting reference check, while fostering skills in communication, organizing, and career development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, English, and/or relevant fields; fresh graduate or year 3 or 4 student are welcomed.
Ability to use and communicate both Khmer and English effectively.
Good organizing, task management, time management, and communication skills.
Pre-Intermediate level of English literacy.
Basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Office 365, Word, Excel, Power Point as such) and familiarity with LinkedIn.
