HR MANAGER

Minimum of 5 years over experience in Human Resource management, specifically in a large-scale garment factory environment. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and labor compliance in accordance with Cambodian Labor Law. Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies, including training programs and performance management systems. Deep knowledge of social compliance standards (e.g., Better Factories Cambodia, ILO standards) and factory audit preparation. Proficient in payroll systems, benefit administration, and dispute resolution. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Khmer.
