Description
Handle customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to customers. Prepare a daily plan and sales pipeline and submit it to the line manager for review. Ensure customer account opening documents comply with policy and procedure. Explore ideas, customer feedback, and suggestions for improvement and success. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance and Banking, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector is preferred.
Good negotiation and internal & external relationship-building skills.
Strong customer service and a result-oriented personality.
Strong leadership skills, people management, and team-building skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
