Requirements
Education: High school diploma required; a degree in hospitality or tourism is preferred. Experience: 1 to 2 years of customer service or front office experience in a hotel or resort. Skills: Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools and good communication in English.
