Own and improve the 3 pillars across branches: customer experience, coach quality, and hygiene Set clear standards and checklists for service, coaching, and cleanliness Visit branches regularly to inspect and score against those standards Retrain coaches and front-desk staff where quality drops
Requirements
2+ years in operations, service, hospitality, or supervisory role
Strong eye for detail and quality standards
Good with people — able to coach and correct staff respectfully
Organized, reliable, and comfortable with checklists and reporting
Passion for fitness and healthy living preferred
